I've been on the hunt for a pair of perfect all-white sneakers, but didn't want to invest a whole lot cause, let's be honest, white shoes don't stay white very long, especially in NYC. This pair from Call It Spring totally fits the bill, and at just $21, it wouldn't feel tragic if I stepped in puddle.

I soon realized they were just a little TOO plain for my taste, but luckily, Ziggit--a cool Canadian company that makes personalized pins--had graciously sent me my own customized set of rose gold pins. They were the perfect addition to my shoelaces, adding a little "I <3 NYC" flair to my look, along with a cute little pizza slice (cause who doesn't love NYC pizza?!). Best of all, the pins are 100% removable and don't damage fabric, so I'm super excited to play around with them and see what else I can stick them on. (Ziggit has a ton more ideas on their insta!)

I paired my white sneakers and Ziggit pins with a sporty skirt, scored for just $3.50 during a sale at Joe Fresh, plus a basic white tank that I scored for around $5 while thrifting in the Harajuku neighborhood in Tokyo.

I finished off the look with a pair of $10 sunglasses that I recently purchased at a festival while visiting Baltimore, and an adorable pink geometric bag, which was a recent gift from my fam in Korea. Head to toe, the whole look came out to around $40.
