Hey guys! Have been on a bit of a blogging hiatus lately, catching up with life stuff and giving myself a bit of a mental break. But, unfortunately for my wallet, I definitely haven't been on a shopping break, so I do have plenty of new ish to share.
I've been on the hunt for a light, loose jumpsuit to wear this summer, and recently stumbled on this Billabong one from Amazon ($40). Even though the (very few!) reviews were mixed and this was totally a "juniors" item, I figured that with Amazon Prime's free shipping/returns policy, it was a zero-risk purchase. And I'm so glad I pulled the trigger--this jumpsuit is seriously the comfiest, and the super-light fabric means it'll keep me cool come summer. Plus, it's also surprisingly versatile, and I've gotten plenty of wears out of it already, layering over/under it to make it weather-appropriate, and pairing it with heels, flats and sneakers.
I most recently rocked it with a basic striped long-sleeve shirt ($12) from H&M underneath, and a loose trench-style jacket from Forever 21, scored on sale for just around $10 (seriously!). Unsurprisingly, this $10 style appears to be sold out online, but I found other similar + affordable jackets currently available, including this $30 one, this $38 one and this cotton-blend $48 one.
I finished off the look with a pair of white mules that came c/o Dorothy Perkins, and with a pair of $6 street vendor sunnies, my head-to-toe outfit came out to $62.
