Hey guys! There's a snow storm supposedly headed our way here on the East Coast, which means I've taken a break from taking no-coat blog pics for a little while.... I spent most of the week bundled up, and have been wearing a version of this vintage coat x blanket scarf look pretty much daily. This camel coat is one of my all time faves, and it was just $20 from the Salvation Army Coat Sale.
The scarf is also one of my winter go-tos (also worn on the reg last year!), which I found on eBay for $16. Another bonus of wearing a giant scarf all day? It doubles as a cozy blanket when the heat in my office just isn't cutting it. Underneath, I added a super thick sweater, which I purchased for $7 during an end-of-season sale at Joe Fresh last year (seriously, Joe Fresh has great end-of-season sales--I recently scored some super cute beanies for just $7, and also stocked up on gloves and thermal sweatpants) and a pair of Old Navy pants, also a sale buy at $14 (a similar pair is currently available on their site for $28).
I finished off the cold weather OOTD with a pair of Primark boots ($26), a pair of $6 street vendor sunglasses and a gifted black bag. Head to toe, the whole look came out to $89.
