Hey guys--checking in after a busy weekend full of family hangouts, a friend's engagement party and a super fun photo shoot! On Sunday, blogger buddy Sunita V. and I met up at AuH2O in the East Village to model some pieces for the shop's Etsy page (I'll be posting pics of some of our looks later this week, so stay tuned!). I kept things casual with some easy pattern mixing on my way to and from the shoot.
My comfy Sunday look included a polka-dotted tank from Forever21 ($7) and my thrifted black-and-tan textured blazer, which I scored for just $8 while thrifting in Austin, Texas. I kept the rest of my look super simple, adding a pair of black stretch pants ($20, from a local boutique) and my fave pair of black Dorothy Perkins boots ($45). With a pair of $6 street vendor sunnies, the whole ensemble came out to Just $86.
Also, shoutout to Karen of the DC Goodwill Fashionista blog, who posted this lovely interview feature over the weekend. Thank you! :)
