I seem to be on some kind of neutrals kick, as evidenced by all these black and white and gray outfits I've been rocking lately. I'm not 100% sure why, but my guess is I've been subconsciously inspired by some of the neutral but oh-so-luxe looks I've been stumbling across on Pinterest. No matter the reason, if it ain't broke don't fix it right? So I kept things neutral again earlier this week with this work-ready tan dress, originally from Banana Republic, which I scored for free at a friend's clothing swap.
Since it's still super cold out, I added some long sleeves to the mix with a sheer button-up blouse (Forever 21, cost unknown) and a super-plush faux fur vest ($10, from a Salvation Army Coat Sale).
I finished off the look with a simple black belt ($6, NY&Co.) and a pair of Dorothy Perkins boots ($45). With a pair of $6 sunnies, the whole ensemble came out to $67.
