When it's hot and humid out, even the lightest layer of clothing can seem way too heavy. So for summer nights out on the town, one of my fave looks to go with is a sheer, loose-fitting top.
This sequined, sheer top by Stradivarius--which in addition to type of violin, is apparently also a European retailer--perfectly fits the bill, and also my wallet, since I snagged it at Underground Thrift Store's most recent Stuff A Sack sale. I definitely hit the jackpot at this event, scoring 17 items (mostly easy breezy tops like this one!) for $25 and bringing the cost of the top to around $1.50.
I paired the top with a simple gray jersey miniskirt, also from the Stuff A Sack sale, and my black Zara pumps from Rena Reborn ($25). I added a gifted black leather clutch, a set of gifted H&M bangles and some sunnies I scored from a street vendor in Chinatown for $6, bringing my whole look to just $34 head to toe.
