Hey thrifters! All's been quiet on the blog front for far too long, since unfortunately, life's gotten a little busy/crazy lately. On top of that, my camera's in desperate need of repairs, and so I'll be depending on the kindness of friends-with-cameras over the next few weeks. But I'll be doing my best to keep this thing better updated, promise!
On Saturday, pre-camera-breakdown, I met up with a friend in Brooklyn to help with a mini video project and soak up some sunshine in Sunset Park. Since the weather had finally cleared up, I decided to break out my vintage Lee shorts, which I dug out of a bin at the Orlando Goodwill for just $0.89, and later turned into cutoffs with some DIY action.
I paired the Lee shorts with a dressier, floral chiffon top (last worn here), scored at St. George's Thrift Shop for just $5, and a light white blazer ($7.50, Forever 21). I finished off the look with a vintage belt ($0.85) also found during my trip to the Orlando Goodwill), and a pair of $1 pumps (last worn here) purchased at Cure Thrift Shop's most recent dollar sale. Head to toe, the whole outfit came out to just under $15--not too shabby!
