After surviving a full-on snow storm on Saturday, things cleared up nicely on Sunday, and I decided to end the weekend with some coffee and a stroll through DUMBO. I kept things casual with some faded denim cutoffs ($0.85, from my Orlando Goodwill adventure) with a pair of tights underneath for warmth. And since it was super slushy and salty out, I didn't want to wear anything too precious, so I rocked my already-beat-up tan leather boots, scored for just $5 at Cauz for Pawz (and last worn here!).
To keep the cold at bay, I went the layered route up top with a cream button-up ($7, TJ Maxx), an over-sized brown sweater ($0.85, from Orlando's Goodwill) and, for good measure, my super-warm faux-fur vest ($10, from the Salvation Army Coat Sale last year). I finished off the weekend look with my $4 gray beanie, a $10 necklace (purchased from a street vendor) and a brown leather crossbody ($0.85, also from Orlando's Goodwill). Head-to-toe with shoes, the whole ensemble came out to under $40.
